Intelligent Parallel Control System

Our intelligent parallel control cabinetsare suitable for electronic governed or electrical diesel gensets. It controlstwo or more diesel gensets and realizes parallel operation. Using the originalUK controller DSE8610 as core component, and air circuit breaker with electronic tripping functions as major breaker,the cabinet provides comprehensive protection for the whole generator set. Thesystem has functions like parallel- synchronization, peak-cutting, active/idle power regulation, andreverse-power protection.

Function features

Frame type breaker (electromagnetic trip)provides protection over overcurrent and short circuit for the whole powersystem.

The charger (optional) has express, floating,and average charging mode that helps to extend the battery life.

The copper row was completely processedwith bright tin plating. Insulation and phase sequence tag is realized throughinsulation heat shrinkable tube.

Meters, breaking button, and instructionsare available.

The components are orderly distributed onthe cabinet in neat form.

The parallel frame adopted the generalcabinet standard. Each electrical cabinet are pieced together. The frameis assembled with 8MF cold forming sectional steel and processedwith coating technique on the board surface which ensures good adhesion, good texture, and protection rate ofIP30.

The buses used in the parallel cabinet areall with high conductivity and processed with bright tin plating. Theelectric conductivity is enhanced. The wire way of the busbar is flexible.

The core component of the control system isoriginal UK 86xx module; it applies to electrical/ non-electrical and dieselgenerator sets in parallel. It has manual/auto + communicating +extending + PLClogic functions. All the parameters of the engine, alternator, busbar, andgenset rate power are displayed. Advanced monitor and protection are given tothe engine and alternator, such as reverse power, over current, overload, andover speed/low speed protection.

The breaker is plastic housing and frametype; an intensive range of brands are available.

The general cabinet standard is GGD/GCS;also can be customized to different requests.
